This Y-axis belt tensioner was designed for PyramidA1.1 printer, which uses a 40x20 extrusion rail. Reuse all existing fasteners and you'll also need a M6 15mm bolt and nut. Installation Notes: Fasteners you should already have from stock: 4x t-nut with bolt 1x 45mm bolt and nut 2x plastic spacers 1x pully wheel with bearings Fasteners you need: 1x M6x1.0x25mm bolt and nut (bolt head and nut are both 10mm width) Make sure the Tensioner Housing is installed flush against the rail. Don't over tighten the 45mm bolt and nut, hand tighten it to avoid binding and allow smooth sliding while tensioning. No supports, 0.15mm layer, 0.4 nozzle, printed with PLA.
