A Y-axis belt tensioner replaces original clamps on a Printrbot GO, using same screws for mounting. It features trapped nuts and a grippy wedge to hold belts firmly; printing with a 0.35mm nozzle or smaller is recommended. The SCAD file allows customization, while an STL GT2 version is included. An update added relief channels for better clamping and flat placement. Don't forget to insert nuts during layer transitions using "@pause insert nut" commands in the g-code.
