Human: remix of fessyFOO's Belt Tensioner for Creality Ender2 X (20x20 profile) and Y-axis (20x40 profile) The parts were designed to work with the original pulleys, which are a two-part design with an inner diameter of 8mm and a total width of 10mm. To create a pulley for the 5mm axis, simply insert the spacer (Spacer_-_ID5_OD8_L10). I used some Ikea "cabinet joiner" parts with a 5MM outer diameter and a length of approximately 24mm. These were shortened to 20mm and used as axles. The puller was designed accordingly: 5(mm) for the axis, 8(mm) for the bearing, and 10(mm) for the head. The Tensioner Cases offset the pulley by 3mm for better belt alignment.
