Belt Tensioner for 20 x 20 Extruded Aluminum
thingiverse
The following tensioner was designed for use with the 20 x 20 V-Slot Linear Rail (http://openbuildspartstore.com/v-slot-linear-rail/). The concept behind this design was inspired by the Belt Tensioner Pulley for Tevo Tarantula created by Banholm (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1704100), published on August 4, 2016. Currently, the design showcases the use of three low-profile screws, which might be overkill if all three are utilized. The intention was to provide flexibility in the design to allow for multiple mounting configurations, but using the center tap of the extrusion should suffice. The tensioner is designed to slide over the end of the 20 x 20 V-Slot Linear Rail at a depth of 20mm.
