Belt tensioner block Y
thingiverse
Tensioner block Y for frame in 20x40 mm iron section, centered at the block's height and Y 40 mm motor position, very robust with simple operation. The belt runs through a 90/100 mm M6 Allen screw, also done with threaded bar and filed nut. Photos will follow. For mounting, a 12/14 mm half-hole must be made in iron profile. Made for self-built printers to serve as starting point for further modifications adapted to your project. Adjustment is made using self-locking M6 nut so adjustment isn't lost with vibrations. The fixing to the profile must be done using 2 M4 20 mm Allen screws and a 16 mm Allen M4 screw with respective 3 M4 nuts embedded in blocks to be inserted into profile. Three M6 nuts and one self-locking M6 nut are also needed as written above, along with an M6 screw from 80/100 mm fully threaded hexagon wishbone as previously mentioned. The M6 screw can be replaced with a threaded bar M6 with filed and locked nuts (follow instructions when making the piece). A 30 mm M3 screw and M3 nut for pulley are also required. https://youtu.be/y4a9zSnDxe4 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OXCOjNYXPx4&t=5s
