This component secures and tightens the belts while also holding limit switches.\r\nThere are four limit switches: -X, +X, -Y, and +Y. The Y-limit switches should be installed on the near left and rear right sides to ensure they cannot be crashed into or damaged. This design also manages excess belt effectively.\r\n\r\nRequired components include these mechanical endstop limit switches:\r\nSearch Ebay for “6x Mechanical Endstop Limit Switch CNC 3D Printer”\r\n\r\nThe following quantities of screws and nuts are needed: \r\nQty 12 - M3 12mm long pan head screws (for belt clamp)\r\nQty 8 - M3 8mm long pan head screws (for switches)\r\nQty 20 M3 nuts\r\n\r\nThis component is designed to hold nuts securely. Some nuts may vary in size, but they are intended to be pressed into place with a small amount of force. If issues arise, you can use heat staking or crazy glue to secure the nuts in position. This will prevent short circuits and damage to the controller. For example, use the NO configuration, clip the NC leads of the switches, then connect the min and max X in parallel, as well as the min and max Y in parallel. Clip the NC leads for all switches!!!
