A printable belt tensioner, featuring a M3 bolt and nut fitting, is now available for download. This is my first design on Thingiverse, so feel free to provide feedback. An update on 24th June 2012 included OpenScad redrawing, adding a ramp and lip to prevent belts from jumping off, as well as offering a two-sided option in the .scad file. To adjust belt width, modify the "belt_width" variable at the top of the file, while the "number_of_sides" variable changes the tensioner's sides.
