The Ultimaker Belt Tensioner is an interesting design; however, its curved edges were not to my liking. Therefore, I developed an alternative version based on that model. After test fitting, I achieved a part that works seamlessly with GT2 belts and eliminated the hopping issue I experienced previously. I printed this custom-made tensioner twice, utilizing a 5mm brim and relatively slow speed, resulting in excellent outcomes.
