This might be useful for only a few people, but it saved me from implementing a more complicated solution, so I'll share it. If your printer has an X-Y axis control similar to that of an Ender 5, you can use this to adjust where your tensioner fastens and possibly save some space. You'll need the following parts: 1x Tensioner with flat or bumpy surface 1x Handwheel fitting for the tensioner 1x Idler holder 2x Screws M5 x 35 (one can be longer) 1x Screw M5 x 25 1x Screw M3 x 25 3x Nuts M5 1x Nut M3 3x Spacers with 5mm bore 2x Idlers with 5mm bore 1x Idler with 3mm bore It's pretty simple to assemble once you see the printed parts, but I'll describe how to do it if someone wants me to (I won't waste time doing something pointless if nobody plans to use this). The tensioner with bumpers has almost zero chance of loosening due to vibrations, but it puts a bit more strain on the belt while using the handwheel. You can simply use a handwheel without bumps and secure the whole contraption either by adding an extra nut or a second handwheel.
