This is a tweaked version of supasorn design, optimized for smooth operation. I downsized the bore diameter to 2.75 mm to prevent screw stripping from occurring. By scaling back the bolt size, the stripping issue appears to be resolved. This component proves invaluable for fine-tuning belt tension. Note: It's likely that you'll want to print this part with a more robust filament like PETG due to its small dimensions. Printing in solid mode is recommended. A 3M screw is the preferred fastener for this application.
