Belt Tension Indicator
thingiverse
Here's an indicator for checking belt tension. This tool doesn't measure belt tension directly; it merely signals when belts are roughly the same tightness. Using this indicator ensures that all belts are tightened equally. Simply position the needle in the same spot on each belt, and you'll know their tensions are equivalent. However, don't expect to determine if they're sufficiently tight - just that they're consistent. I've included a Step file so you can reinforce the indicator if it's too weak by expanding the spring between the main body and middle post. If you have any ideas or suggestions for improvement, I'd be happy to implement them.
