Belt Splitter
thingiverse
To save money, create a DIY belt splitter using materials like 3mm Perspex, MDF, plywood or hardboard. Print the scale drawings from Reprap Wiki, and attach them to your chosen material with glue. Drill 10 x 4mm holes and drill out ends of 4mm slots using a hand drill, electric drill or Dremel. Score and cut the lines for 2 blade slots with a Stanley knife or Dremel. Before cutting outlines, ensure all holes are drilled and slots are cut. Assemble the splitter tool with 4mm screws.
