This is a thoroughly revised and reworked design from the original. Changes include: Differences: Stepper motors are now secured with four bolts rather than two, making it easier to adjust belt tension by doing so at the side of the pulley instead of adjusting the stepper itself. The pulley support features three M5 bolts and nuts in 2020-profiles, significantly simplifying management. This streamlined design allows for effortless maintenance when working on the X-axis area: simply loosen the pulley support and leave the belt attached without any issues. Things: * A larger stepper support with an integrated cable chain support for the right side * Stepper support for the left side * One pulley support that fits both left and right sides * A conical piece designed to be mounted under bearings New features include a support for the right X-pulley that fits perfectly alongside the Y-endstop, along with an additional 3mm X support added on August 16th. Tip: Utilize 3D-Tool to gain detailed insight into this design. Print Settings: Printer: FT5 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.4 Infill: 50 Notes: ABS material was used with a nozzle diameter of 0.6 for the prints.
