# Purpose This thing is V1 of the Belt Mount Mini Cooler Fan, a revolutionary device that clips onto any belt. It offers unparalleled flexibility, allowing you to mount it on your side or back with ease. - With the 9V battery, a high-capacity Lithium-Ion battery (1000mAh), rechargeable via USB, you can enjoy up to 8 hours of continuous use. - Two belts clips are provided: one for securing the belt at the device's rear and another for the fan duct, ensuring your t-shirt remains above the blower intake. By default, the 12V blower starts moving around 4V but airflow is limited. With the 9V battery, the blower fan operates at a reduced speed, producing minimal noise while still providing decent airflow. The LTC1871 DC-DC booster on the side allows you to adjust and increase the output voltage up to 15V, which seems to be the optimal setting for maximum airflow. However, be aware that exceeding this voltage may damage the blower fan. # Compatibility This device is compatible with any belt type and any 9V battery.
