I'm Building on My Popular Corner Mount with Integrated Belt Clamps: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3836731 The belts were a bit sloppy for me. I also struggled to find a belt tensioner that worked well or was practical for the MPCNC. To solve these issues, I redesigned the motor mount to allow the motor to slide and tighten the belt, just like this impressive design: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1654840 The new design provides 10mm of travel, resulting in a 20mm belt tensioning range.
