A simple holster for a Keysmart key organizer is what I needed. The particular Keysmart I use has one expansion pack with fiber washers between each key and between the keys and side plates. This design won't fit any other configuration snugly, or even close to fitting if it's wider. The belt loop is 1.5 inches, but will probably be a tight squeeze with a "normal" leather belt. It was designed specifically for a very thin belt. I'm not familiar with Open SCAD, but if someone who knows how to use it wants to make this customizable, I'd love to see it happen.
