Belt Guard
thingiverse
I use a metal belted drive that has relaxed a bit over time, causing it to whip outward and skip a tooth when I'm printing with my HyperCube 3D printer from Tech2. This results in messed-up prints every time. To fix this issue, I created a belt guard that covers the exposed toothed pulleys on the motors. Now, no matter how loose the drive becomes, it can't skip teeth and ruin my prints. The solution works flawlessly.
