THIS MODEL IS A SOLID DISK THAT IS MEANT TO BE PRINTED IN VASE MODE Printing in vase mode with no bottom layer gives us a thinner belt overall. I sliced this with PrusaSlic3r, and other slicers may have different rules for perimeters. Vase mode ensures that you get as close to my result as possible. I was able to print this to revive the Matsushita floppy drive in my Toshiba T1200XE laptop. The tension seems just right with NinjaFlex, and I've been able to get sustained error-free reads from multiple floppies now. This may be printable in TPU, but the tension might be too high for the motor to handle. Let me know if you see success with TPU. Dimensions: Inner Diameter: 65mm Belt Width: 2.5mm Thickness: Depends on slicer and nozzle. Ideal thickness is .5mm, but up to .7mm should work.
