https://www.youtube.com/shorts/31zzYq1GHe0 Heavily inspired by the belt extruder developed by Jon Schone from Proper Printing, this belt extruder has been designed to print very flexible TPU and TPE filament at high speeds. I thought I would finally upload to Thingiverse because of how useful it has turned out to be at work - for example: We currently use about 4 of these extruders at my office to print 60A Recreus filament on 0.8mm nozzle CR-10 Max printers, reaching speeds of up to 50mm/s. Some extra hardware is required, but most of the components can be printed - including all gears and pulleys. I have included a listed bill of materials below to summarise print material, resolution, and hardware purchase links.
