Belt extruder E3D hotend

I built a modified gear extruder and a belt E3d extruder. I've used it for ten days with excellent results. The head is 0.4 mm in size, and the layer height is 0.2 mm. This build isn't entirely original; the X-carriage comes from this source: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:22887/#files , and the motor base came from another place. I've only used 2.75 mm ABS filament in my prints. You can see my setup in action on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=30GuDx2Iqww, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=huZ045-yzS8, and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LzCmAb8ldlA. Here are the instructions for building this setup: --1-- Get a belt that is 2mm in pitch with GT2 markings. It needs to have an internal perimeter of 194 or 200 mm. You can buy one here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/231450946530?_trksid=p2059210.m2749.l2649&var=530711312031&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT --2-- Get a Gt2 16 teeth pulley. Don't try to print one with your 3D printer; I tried making five, and they all failed. You can buy one here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/151448216603?_trksid=p2059210.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT --3-- Get an M8 Hobbed bolt. --4-- Buy two fans, 30x30mm in size. --5-- Get three ball bearings of type 608ZZ. --6-- You will need to buy the E3D hot end: http://www.ebay.com/itm/E3D-v6-HotEnd-Metal-Parts-Only-3mm-Direct-incl-0-4mm-Nozzle-/261808227605?pt=DE_Computer_Sonstige&hash=item3cf4fc8515 --7-- Get a Nema 17 motor and some washers, screws. There are two options; I made one ABS pulley with 84 teeth for use with the 194 mm belt. The ratio is 5.25 to 1. The other option has 87 teeth, suitable for use with the 200mm belt. It has a ratio of 5.43 to 1. I'm using the 87-teeth pulley, but I have heard that the 84-teeth one also works very well. Both fans came with adhesive attached to them.
