Belt clip for scooter handle bar bag
thingiverse
This is a belt clip for carrying a quick release scooter handle bar bag on a belt. That's the type of bags which uses a plastic mounting block instead of Velcro straps to install it on your scooter, like shown in one of the pictures. When you take the bag off your scooter and enter a shop for example, the bag should be with you. While a belt bag this size is not actually what you want to use all day, having it on your belt is still way more convenient than carrying in in your hand all the time. The opening for the belt is about 3.5 x 35 mm. I printed the clip using shore D58 hard TPU. Hard TPU has some advantages over most any other filament for this application. - Layer adhesion is extremely strong with TPU. Absolutely no need to worry about the strength of the belt loop, no matter of the printing orientation. - The flexible plate is more convenient on the belt when there is no bag attached. - Even the most entry level extruder behind a bowden setup should handle that material pretty well. D58 is not difficult to print. Nevertheless you can other filaments as well.
