Update: As of December 10th, 2015, we've incorporated a fillet feature into the design, providing a smoother transition that reduces stress on the printer's mechanical components. Print Settings: Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: Irrelevant to this specific design. Supports: These don't apply to our design. Resolution: 0.2mm offers optimal clarity for this belt clip model. Infill: Using a 30% triangle pattern delivers the best balance of weight and structure for the part's intended functionality. Notes: While PLA does work, it's recommended that users opt for ABS instead, given its durability compared to PLA, which is more prone to brittleness.
