This is a remake of PRUSA I3 - Universal Belt Tie - Clip de courroie universel by jlcdi Published on July 7, 2015 www.thethingiverse.com/thing:913815 I printed an X-axis tensioner that reduced my axis travel and the clip above did not work either. So instead, I used a removable belt clip 4mm wide and experimented with adjusting its tightness. This worked without sacrificing any build volume, but it will require regular checks to ensure proper operation. Note that it can come loose at speeds of over 60mm/s, so I created a stronger version two for faster printing. I fine-tuned the tension by moving it one tooth at a time along the clip. It's challenging to achieve very high tension using this method, but it works well enough for my needs. I included the SCAD file for your reference.
