I carry my trusty point and shoot camera securely on my belt, ready for action at all times - that's me in a nutshell, at least when I'm working. The truth is, relying solely on my smartphone to document everything during home inspections just isn't cutting it; I need something faster. That's why I've got a point and shoot with excellent optical zoom capabilities and automatic time and date stamping - it's a game-changer. Taking on projects like designing this custom holster to carry my camera safely on my hip was actually the primary reason I wanted to get into 3D printing in the first place. Sure, it may not be a masterpiece of engineering or design, but hey, it gets the job done beautifully. I've got plenty of old clips lying around, so I didn't need to print out the clip part - just the body itself that securely holds my Canon Powershot camera (I'm too lazy to check the model number, and the text on mine has faded away).
