Belt Buckle Simple

Belt Buckle Simple

thingiverse

I designed a simple buckle with an uncomplicated design that freely borrows from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:324354. Created in OpenSCAD, it can be printed using various filaments including wood, PLA, and ABS. To assemble the buckle, you'll need to print at least two bars, but ideally three for a secure fit. Three bars will work well together in the holder. Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 Migbot Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm layers Infill: 20% Notes: For added strength, print with a 1.2mm shell. After printing, you may need to carefully file the bars for a smooth fit, depending on your printer's accuracy.
