The concept originated when my existing belt snapped, necessitating a replacement buckle. Moreover, I was intrigued by the prospect of trying 3D printing in a single piece and the potential for greater strength compared to traditional metal components. To ensure the new part's durability, I undertook a tempering process, subjecting it to rigorous stresses to test its resilience.
