The manufacturing process of the rubber bellows utilizes injection molding technology with pre-existing steel molds that have predetermined and non-editable geometries. To produce custom dimensions or unique shapes, a new mold must be designed. We possess a collection of stock bellows in our warehouse. These single-piece components are primarily printed from NBR rubber coated with an ozone-resistant finish, providing resistance to oil and grease. Some models, however, are made from EPDM rubber, which is well-suited for applications in air-exposed environments under sunlight, but not resistant to prolonged contact with oils or greases.
