Bellman CX-25P Steamer Handle

<p>The (bakelite?) handle stripped on my Bellman CX-25P, and instead of paying for an entirely new steam wand (which, mine was working), I figured it wouldn't be too hard to print one and fit it to the splines. I didn't get the gear ratio quite right but the diameter is a great interference fit.</p><p>To install, I added some super glue and gently hammered it onto the splines for a rock solid fit. I <i>highly</i> doubt this handle would ever strip like the original did.&nbsp;</p><p>I printed with aqua grey resin, but obviously care should be taken with any plastics that are heat sensitive as the steam wand can easily reach over the boiling point of water.&nbsp;</p><p>As for the discrepancy between the file and the photo, I wasn't sure if I wanted knurling or notching, and after I quickly notched out the printed file, seen in photo, I was happy enough and installed it. Then I added it to the file afterwards.</p>
