Bellcrank for control line model aircraft

Bellcrank for control line model aircraft

thingiverse

I built a control line model aircraft's bellcrank and pivot for my friend Humphrey. Designed to operate safely away from fuel, ensure you test the effects of fuel exposure on the bellcrank material before use if possible. The total weight is approximately 4.2 grams including the pivot. I printed this part in ABS using an UP! Mini 3D printer. Printing time for the bellcrank was about 25 minutes and just five minutes for the pivot. If you'd like, leave a comment below. Printer settings used were: Brand - Up!, Model - Up Mini, Rafts - Not necessary, Supports - None required, Resolution - .2mm, Infill - Solid. This part should print smoothly on any 3D printer with ease.
