Bell X-1
prusaprinters
This is the 3d scan of the Bell X-1, the first plane to break the sound barrier. For more info check out the Britannica article.https://www.britannica.com/technology/X-1-airplaneThis is a 3d scan from the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum of which I attribute full credit. I have touched this model up in Tinker cad to make it more printable but it still requires supports. I would use the preset printing orientation to preserve that aerospikes in your slicer. If you don't care about those it will look better being printed nose up. I have included a gcode with 0.15 mm layer heights and standard printing orientation.
With this file you will be able to print Bell X-1 with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Bell X-1.
