The Bell UH-1B Iroquois, famously known as the "Huey," is a single-engine turbine-powered utility and medevac helicopter that was originally designed for the US Army in the mid-1950s. It began production in 1960 and played a pivotal role during the Vietnam War, continuing to serve beyond. Equipped with features like side loading doors, crew doors, animateable main and tail rotors, detailed cabin, military light seats, and viewable instrument panel from outside, this model is available for immediate download in multiple formats. Over 17,000 were produced in the '60s for the US military alone, with numerous improved versions following suit. The UH-1B was one of the first versions, capable of carrying up to ten troops or six wounded soldiers, and some are still in use today. Some Hueys were even modified with weapons like 50 caliber machine guns, 2.75 inch rockets, supporting both troop transports and medivac helicopters until the introduction of the Bell AH-1 Cobra gunship helicopter.
