The Bell UH-1B Iroquois, also known as the Huey, is a single-engine utility/medevac helicopter initially built for the US Army in the mid-1950s and mass-produced from 1960. Used extensively during the Vietnam War, it was equipped with armaments like 50 caliber machine guns and rockets. Over 17,000 were manufactured for military use in the U.S., and various improved versions continue to be produced today. The UH-1B model, one of the first Huey variants, could carry up to ten troops or six wounded soldiers. This highly detailed scale model comes with animatable rotors, textured materials, and viewable instrument panels, with downloadable formats available.
