The Bell 206 JetRanger V05 is a two-blade, single or twin-engine helicopter initially designed as a light observation aircraft for the US Army. However, it wasn't selected and was redesigned for commercial use. Subsequently, the US Army adopted this model as the OH-58 Kiowa observation helicopter. The first flight of Bell 206 occurred in 1966, and a remarkable feat was achieved when Ross Perot and Jay Cobern flew the "Spirit of Texas" around the world in 29 days and 3 hours - the first global helicopter journey. This model is available in various formats for diverse users and includes several liveries. It features animated rotor and tail-rotor, a semi-detailed cockpit with control yoke, cyclic, rudder pedals, seating, and instrument panel. The JetRanger V05 can be utilized in in-flight or airport ground animations, videos, simulations, and for populating airport scenes.
