The Bell 206 JetRanger, a two-blade, single or twin-engine helicopter, initially emerged as a light observation aircraft for the US Army; however, it wasn't selected and was refashioned for commercial use. The revamped design subsequently gained favor with the US Army as an observational helicopter, OH-58 Kiowa. Its maiden flight took place in 1966. Notably, Ross Perot and Jay Cobern completed a record-breaking round-the-world journey in a Bell 206 named Spirit of Texas within 29 days and 3 hours - the first such feat by a helicopter. This meticulously detailed model, available in various formats for diverse users, boasts animated rotor and tail-rotor, and features a semi-detailed cockpit with control yoke, cyclic, rudder pedals, seating, and instrument panel. Suitable for in-flight or airport ground animations, video, simulation, or airport scene population purposes, this model exudes realism with its scale-like dimensions and intricate textures.
