Hello All,This is my most recently 3D printer design with a full linear rail setup. It is updated from the well-known Core XY model. As the linear gears have many advantages, I decided to convert the whole axis design with linear guides. Here a few photos and STL version of the update. Extruder section is still under construction. I will upload the final Parasolid file when I complete design and also will update the real photos of the printer after complete the built. I hope it can give some inspiration to you. Update1: Setup is almost finished. I have two open points only. First one is; extruder design. There are many designs but hard to pick which one is perfect. Second is the horizontal axis motors. I picked Nema 17 - 26mm but holding torque etc. is makes me think about it...
