The Beiter clicker is a well established standard. Tightening it is however a weeee bit "getting used to" to say the least. If you want to really tighten it, your fingers will thank you afterwards for sure... Find here a simple key to tighten the Beiter clickers. Practice common sense in how hard you twist. I am sure especially in aluminum-risers, the threads can strip out if you overdo it. I never had a problem with my W&W innoMAX with steel inserts...
