I crafted this to optimize my Behringer headphone splitter's position for level adjustment. Additionally, I incorporated a riser to enable routing of headphone cables underneath. My HA400 features empty screw threads on the bottom; I'm unsure if all models share this trait, but in any case, I ended up using a small amount of hot glue to secure the splitter to the printed components.
