Beholder Dais
thingiverse
We had an epic AD&D session last night that will be remembered for ages! Just a week prior, we had stumbled into a nasty encounter with a Beholder, and we knew exactly what to expect this time around. Our DM dropped some serious detail about the room we were about to enter - towering columns crackling with electricity, a beholder hovering menacingly above a raised dais, and more. I decided to get creative and whipped up some custom terrain using Tinkercad to make this battle unforgettable! The fight was intense, but in the end, we emerged victorious! Thanks to Lorc for hooking us up with that awesome "Bleeding Eye" icon - you can find it at game-icons.net. To build your own beholder-themed battle scene, print out one dais, two pylon bases, two pylons, and two lightning bolts. Just be sure to glue those pieces together! I crafted a cardboard base and used a sponge to add some texture and make it look like actual tiles - it turned out fantastic!
