Very easy Raspberry Pi Zero System for Beginners. Just need Basic Solder skills and a hot glue gun to help hold parts in place. I like to do wiring in a very easy setup so everyone can try it. The PS3 controller I used has had the battery taken out to help with any power drain issues and works fine. No Sound at the moment from the pi zero but once I figure out an easy way to hook into it I will update the designs. I made all the holes to fit with M3 type screws. The battery was removed from a broken tablet, but you can use whatever fits just check broken electronics or local electronics stores and to hold it in place I just used strong double sided tape from the dollar store. The screen was purchased here http://www.ebay.ca/itm/3-5-Inch-TFT-LCD-Car-Rear-View-Monitor-Color-Screen-DVD-VCR-For-Backup-Camera-/251946543362 I got really lucky in that it actually has a 3.3v spot to wire in so my battery works great with it. The Charger and 5v booster can be purchased here http://www.aliexpress.com/item/0-9V-5V-600MA-USB-Output-charger-Mini-DC-DC-Boost-Converter-TP4056-1A-Lipo-Battery/2038845625.html I snipped off the USB connector to make it more flush. For the connectors I had previously bought this wiring kit http://www.ebay.ca/itm/9PCS-70CM-2P-3P-4P-RepRap-3D-Printer-Ramps-1-4-Basic-Wiring-jumper-cable-Kit-/171274570090?hash=item27e0c2896a:g:-QMAAOxy039TLQZr but if you have a local electronics store then they would have it as well as the 90 degree pins for the board. If you can't find any then wiring directly to the board and battery will work just as well. The switch I bought locally but I believe this is the same one http://www.ebay.ca/itm/5Pcs-Small-Size-2Pin-Black-Rocker-Switch-6A-250V-ON-OFF-SPST-KCD1-101-/171329602644?hash=item27e40a4454:g:~ZwAAOxynwlTc2iK I found a go pro mount model and mixed it into the design so a 5mm bolt works that's about 35-40mm long. The controller clip is from bernabap http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:43977 just changed it to be in sections and easier to print. Can purchase a mini OTG connector from here https://www.adafruit.com/product/2910 mine looks different since I purchased it awhile ago. The case mounts you can just poke through the holes with a screwdriver, I found it helps to keep holes from drooping if I add a printed section between. Printer Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 Rework Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .2 Notes: All parts should print without supports.
