Many phone holders are currently designed for air outlets, but the Mercedes E-Class vents differ from most other vehicles' designs. Standard holders can't be used with the E-Class vents. The vents also need to be rotated to open or close them, which would cause the holder to turn along with it. I created a base plate with a ball head that gets stuck on. The plate is rounded and fits between the ventilation shafts. To make it easier to turn the holder, I flattened the ball head slightly. The holder in the picture is silver (not quite color-matched), and the black holder was made afterwards. Additional note: I've set up an alternative version (02) that should fit into the slits of the ventilation shafts. However, this variant shouldn't be printed with PLA, as it would break when applied. The advantage is that it doesn't need to be glued; however, I haven't tested this variant.
