Beetle robot
thingiverse
I built a kid-friendly insect robot from scratch! Just print the design, build it, add two (or one) tiny DC motors and watch it walk! To bring your bug bot to life, you'll also need some screws, skewers, wires, and a battery box. I've shared a 2-channel remote download link on my list of things soon - just look for it! If you want more step-by-step instructions, let me know and I'll send them over. You can grab your small DC motors from Hobbyking or banggood - they have plenty in stock! Need help finding the perfect motor? Just type "DC 3V-6V Dual Axis Gear Reducer Motor" into Google.
