Beetle Bud Holder
thingiverse
DIY Holder for iPhone ear buds looks like a bug when completed. Ear buds form eyes, jack forms mouth while holding cord bundle in place. Place ear buds first, then wrap cords around bug as shown. Cords don't become entangled during storage, release jack from beetle's mouth and it unwinds like string. Weight makes it unroll itself. Designed for main ear bud use without removing it from holder during phone calls. Looks like funky beetle earring that earns curious stares from onlookers. Beetle's "horn" guides wires. Post if you make one. Print Settings: Printer Brand: Stratasys Printer: Mojo Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Infill: solid Notes: Slots for ear buds fit tightly to look like bug eyes, file through slots if needed. Epoxy Velcro to feet so it sticks anywhere with Velcro pad. "Horn" is separate geometry and can be removed if not wanted. Print time is 4 hours. Volume of model material is 1.07 in3, support material is 0.6 in3.
