BeeRotor X200 Front

BeeRotor X200 Front

Summary This design is intended to cover the front of my BeeRotor X200 drone, protecting it from grass and water while in use. Although not flawless, this solution does work effectively. I carefully positioned a hole for my flight controller USB to accommodate its height due to standoffs, PDB, additional standoffs, and finally the SPR F3 FC on top. A cutout at the bottom of the front part allows for ESC cables to be routed into the quad's main body. I've included before-and-after photos of my drone equipped with this cover... This design integrates well with my HS1177 camera mount for the X200, securing the camera firmly in place and covering the front of the quad. Fitting The frame features two holes on its sides, and the part's lugs fit snugly into these openings. The fitment is tight and presses against my custom HS1177 camera mount above. If you're using the standard carbon camera mount, this part may or may not fit, depending on whether your mount has a small bump upwards. However, I cannot guarantee compatibility as I do not use it at all. Print Settings Printer: Wanhao Duplicator i3 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.1-0.2 mm Infill: 100% Notes: Print this design flat or on its side; either method requires supports. I find printing flat with supports yields a nice finish for the front, while the back may exhibit some support marks, which are hardly noticeable anyway.
