This build converts an Erlenmeyer flask into a separation funnel. The process results in extracting different layers of yeast cake into separate flasks. Currently in the prototyping phase, I need to learn beer yeast washing as I progress. Comments and suggestions are welcome! Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Rafts: Any setting works Supports: None necessary Notes: To print successfully, design the insert with a single walled shell so it breaks easily. However, make sure the opening is secure to prevent silicone leakage. The clamp requires 100% infill for strength. Before printing everything, first test the template and ensure a snug fit over the Erlenmeyer flask, noting some stretching may occur when placing the insert.
