In the picture is the version with a slot to insert a card. you can create your own logo print it out on both sides or twice and put them back to back and insert them to view the beer label from each side. Also included is a solid version that can be painted with chalkboard paint to make an easy erasable label for your brew. The threaded inserts I use are listed below.
