Beer Line Marker
thingiverse
Keeping 12 beer lines organized in my restaurant's walk-in refrigerator was always a huge headache. Employees were constantly getting the lines mixed up and since we change beers frequently, it was tough to keep track of which line was which, especially when it came time to clean the taps. We tried a few different methods to get things straight. We labeled all the lines with keychains, but they broke. We wrote the numbers on each line, but that wore off quickly. We put on numbered tape, but it fell right off. So I created these markers to fit snugly over the beer line to keep track. These are designed to slide right onto your standard beer line (7/16" OD) without slipping around. You might have to soak the beer line in some very hot water to soften it up a bit, then they'll slide on easily. Included are numbers 1-12 in individual files as well as a blank. The numbers 6 and 9 are denoted with an underscore to tell them apart. If you need more numbers or want to do something different, just load the blank into a program like Microsoft 3D Builder and use the emboss feature to add what you need.
