I fashioned a customized cone top for my convertible koozie by extending it about 34mm and adding a sleeve large enough to snugly hold a Yuengling 12 oz bottle. I then carefully expanded the opening to perfectly match the bottle's neck. This versatile design will fit either an Ozark Trail or Yeti koozie, or can be used as a standalone replacement for the cone lid on my Convertible koozie main body. In the final iteration, I incorporated an additional lip that should be trimmed to fit your preferred bottle snugly and printed in TPU so it securely hugs the neck.
