beefy spotmicro wrist
thingiverse
I really liked the Spotmicro (thingiverse.com/thing:3445283), but when I was removing supports from the wrists the first time, they kept breaking. Since it was probably my fault and I didn't want to print them again, I epoxied them together. All was well until the robot was walking, then they all broke. To fix this, I added a little bit of support behind the parts that kept breaking and the wrists did not break while removing supports (it hasn't broken while walking yet- I will make it even beefier if it breaks again). this is the right wrist only, flip it in your slicer to print the left one. update 9/2/21 ---- If you print these on their side instead of standing and just sand them later it is a lot sturdier. It doesn't look as good fresh off the bed but when you want your dog to stop breaking it's worth it.
