This Beefy Glock Sight Press is constructed for high strength compared to other printable Glock Sight Presses, allowing installation of Truglo sights without dovetail filing. The design can accommodate slides up to 27mm wide and 22mm tall; the slide plus sight can measure up to 28.4mm tall, while sights with straight sides fit up to 18.25mm wide, and angled ones up to 22.5mm. The press has three parts - body, slide, and handle - that need separate printing. For the body, use 0.2mm layers, 1 extra shell, and 100% infill with epoxy/glued hex nut. The slide requires 0.1mm layers, 1 extra shell, and 100% infill; cut and file steel bar stock pieces to attach, then sand and coat smooth for sight pressure. Handle printing uses 0.2mm layers, 3 extra shells, and 25% infill with a carriage bolt epoxy insert. Don't use supports or rafts during printing. After epoxy hardening (about 24 hours), this strong Glock sight press is ready for use, ensuring accurate shooting.
