Beefed up Extruder unit for the MakerGear M2 and E3D Hot End

To enhance the unit, I added an extra clamping bolt to ensure uniform pressure on the filament. I printed my model using ABS and a 0.2mm layer height, which functioned flawlessly; however, you may need to smooth the bearing slot with a file. Additionally, there are two m3 grub screw holes for securing the hot end, plus an optional front bracket attached by two m2.5 screws. The provided extruder models include both STL and mesh mixer support options, both of which performed exceptionally well in my tests.
